Purpose of processing

I process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up communication related to your query or project. I do not use your data for marketing purposes such as newsletters or advertising without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your legitimate interest in receiving a response to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or — where a working relationship is established — on the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sharing of data and technical processors

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. In the technical operation of this website, the following service providers may process data on my behalf as data processors under GDPR:

  • — Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and anti-spam verification via Cloudflare Turnstile. Data may be processed on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU and US. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • — Resend (Resend Inc.) — transactional email delivery of contact form submissions. Your submitted contact details are transmitted to Resend for delivery to my inbox. See Resend Privacy Policy.

These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and their own data protection terms. I do not use them for any purpose other than operating this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic traffic and page performance without cross-site tracking or advertising profiles. I do not use Google Analytics, marketing cookies, or remarketing pixels. If this changes in the future, you will be informed and given the opportunity to consent where required.

Retention period

I retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and related communication. If a working relationship begins, contact and project data may be retained for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations.
