This page explains how I process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Czech data protection law.

What data may I collect?

Through the contact form on this website, I may collect the following personal data:

  • — Name
  • — Email address
  • — Phone number (if provided)
  • — Message content and project description
  • — Company or project name (if provided)

In addition, when you visit the website my hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and basic request information in server logs. This is standard for any website and is used only to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Purpose of processing

I process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up communication related to your query or project. I do not use your data for marketing purposes such as newsletters or advertising without your separate consent.

Legal basis

When you submit the contact form, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox in the form. Where a working relationship is subsequently established, processing is based on the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me at the email address below; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Sharing of data and technical processors

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. In the technical operation of this website, the following service providers may process data on my behalf as data processors under GDPR:

  • — Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and anti-spam verification via Cloudflare Turnstile. Data may be processed on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU and US. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • — Resend (Resend Inc.) — transactional email delivery of contact form submissions. Your submitted contact details are transmitted to Resend for delivery to my inbox. See Resend Privacy Policy.

These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and their own data protection terms. I do not use them for any purpose other than operating this website. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (for example to servers in the United States), such transfers are covered by the providers' data processing agreements and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Form validation services

To make the contact form easier to use, your browser may contact the following services directly while you fill it in. These requests happen only when you type into the relevant field and are used solely to validate what you entered:

  • — ARES (Czech business registry, ares.gov.cz) — if you enter a company registration number (IČO), your browser queries the public ARES registry to auto-fill your company name. Your IČO and IP address are sent to this public authority.
  • — Google Public DNS (dns.google) — if you enter your website address, your browser performs a DNS lookup via Google Public DNS to check that the domain exists. The domain name you enter and your IP address are sent to Google. This is a technical existence check only — it is not analytics or advertising and does not track you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. I do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or remarketing pixels, and I do not build advertising profiles about visitors.

The site uses a small amount of local browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) for strictly functional purposes only — for example, to remember that an on-screen offer has already been shown to you. This information stays in your browser, is not sent to me, and is not used for tracking.

If I introduce privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) in the future, I will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

Retention period

I retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and related communication. If a working relationship begins, contact and project data may be retained for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • — Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • — Request erasure (subject to GDPR conditions)
  • — Restrict processing
  • — Data portability
  • — Object to processing
