Delete your Spheriz account

You have two ways to request permanent deletion:

1. In Spheriz, open Settings and choose Delete Account. This is the fastest option.
2. Email support from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Spheriz account deletion” and include your display name or player ID if known. Never send a password or access token.

What is deleted

After identity verification where necessary, the PlayFab account and developer-controlled profile, progress, leaderboard/social and account-link data are deleted. The backend also attempts to remove the related RevenueCat customer record and revoke linked Apple access. Support requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Purchase records or data independently retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or other providers for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons may remain under their own policies. A minimal non-personal deletion receipt may be retained.
