Restoring your premium purchase

If you've purchased “100 Reps Lifetime Premium” and the advanced features aren't unlocked after reinstalling the app or on a new device, open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchase”. This re-verifies your entitlement through the App Store or Google Play at no extra charge.

Managing your data

All 100 Reps data stays on your device. In the app, open “Settings › Your data” — there you can export your data as a JSON file (for example, to back it up) or permanently and irreversibly remove everything with “Reset all data”. Uninstalling the app removes your data the same way.

Managing your privacy choices

If you're in a region that requires consent for ads (such as the EEA or the UK), you can review or change your choice at any time directly in the app via “Settings” and the “Manage Privacy Choices” option. On iOS, ad personalization is also affected by the App Tracking Transparency permission, which the system asks for separately. Other common issues

The app freezes or crashes: force close it and reopen, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

Reminders aren't arriving: check that notifications are allowed for 100 Reps in your device's system settings.

Skip or recovery isn't working: verify your monthly allowance — users without premium get a limited number of free uses per month. If your allowance is exhausted, try again by watching a rewarded ad. If that fails, check that you have Google Play Services or equivalent services installed and up to date.
