Choose your preferred work and rest durations on the main screen, then press Start. Work and rest repeat automatically. To stop the timer, hold “Hold to give up” for five seconds.
Can I change the work and rest durations?
Yes. Choose durations using the circular selection wheels before starting a session. Work can be set from 5 to 90 minutes in five-minute steps, and rest from 1 to 30 minutes.
Does Pomodoro require an internet connection?
No. The timer works offline. Store downloads, purchases, and updates, or opening a website link, are separate online services.
Does Pomodoro collect my data?
The developer does not collect personal information through the timer. Your last work and rest durations and the start time of an active session are saved locally on your device to preserve settings and resume the countdown. The app does not send them to the developer.
Why does my screen stay awake while the timer is running?
Pomodoro can keep the screen awake during an active session while the app is in the foreground so the countdown remains visible. Normal screen behavior resumes when the timer stops or the app moves into the background.
How do I reset my saved timer lengths?
The app remembers your last selected durations. Change them using the selection wheels before another session. Uninstalling removes local app data; an operating-system backup may restore settings when you reinstall.
How do purchases and refunds work?
At release, Pomodoro is planned to be sold as a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play, with no subscription. Purchases and refunds are handled by the relevant store under its applicable policies.
How can I report a problem?
Contact support@jakubhyl.com with your device model, operating system version, app version, and a description of the issue. Do not include sensitive personal information.
